Re-Elect County Legislator Cody Kelly

Legislator Cody Kelly is a lifelong resident of the Town of Clay. He graduated from Cicero North Syracuse High School in 2009, and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from SUNY Upstate in 2016. Since 2017, he has worked as a pediatric PT with young children throughout Onondaga County.

In 2021, Cody Kelly was appointed County Legislator for the 14th district. The 14th legislative district represents the Eastern portion of the Town of Clay. He has collaborated with officials from local, state and federal government to deliver results for his constituents. His legislative priorities include lowering taxes, improving affordability, reducing poverty and improving public health.
